Who makes the app

The Loan Experts app for iPhone and Android is made and published by RPA Scale Pte. Ltd., in Singapore, for Loan Experts Pte Ltd and with its permission to use the name. By using the app you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

What it costs

The app is free. It has no accounts, no ads and nothing to buy. If we add ads or anything to buy later, we will update these terms and the privacy policy before they appear, and the store listing will say so.

Calculators, rates and news

The calculators follow Singapore's published rules (TDSR, MSR, LTV, stamp duties) as we understand them, and give estimates. They are not financial advice, and not an offer or approval of a loan: the bank decides that.

SORA, bank rates and news are collected from public sources and can be late or wrong. Check the figure with a Loan Experts adviser or the bank before you act on it.

Enquiries and referrals

When you send an enquiry or refer a friend, the details go to Loan Experts Pte Ltd, who will contact you or your friend. Only refer someone who has agreed to be contacted. The advice Loan Experts gives you after that is covered by their own terms of service at loanexperts.sg/terms.

Using it fairly

Use the app for your own purposes. Please do not try to break it, overload it, copy its content or data in bulk, or use it to break the law.

Who owns what

The app's design and code belong to RPA Scale Pte. Ltd. The Loan Experts name, logo, guides and articles belong to Loan Experts Pte Ltd.

No guarantee

We work to keep the app accurate and running, but it is provided as it is, without any promise that it will always be available, error-free or right for your purpose. We may change it, pause it or withdraw it at any time. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss that comes from using it or relying on it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have by law as a consumer, including under the law of the country you live in.

Privacy

What the app does with your data is set out in the privacy policy at loanexperts.sg/privacy.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Singapore. This does not stop you relying on the consumer protection law of the country you live in, or bringing a claim there where that law allows it.

Changes

If these terms change, the date above changes with them.
